I have nothing to say

but I haven't posted a new blog in a long time so I thought I was due.....so I'm just going to list the first 50 things that pop in my head

1. 50 things...do I even have 50 things that pop into my head?
2. The new Chris Daughtry CD is great -- and he's eye candy
3. I should have put the "eye candy" thought as number 3
4. There is something truly amazing about artists that write their own music
5. I'm still a Tim McGraw fan though
6. Swooooooon.....you know what...I think I DO have a type
7. Brown hair, brown eyes and almond eyes -- just like my husband
8. Things are better on the home front
9. I got a new ring that is drop dead gorgeous
10. And insurance pulled thru -- praise the lord
11. I almost typed Praise "allah" think I've been watching too much CNN
12. I don't watch enough CNN
13. I can't wait for my new book to get here -- The Audacity of Hope -- by Barack Obama
14. That man will be our next president
15. It will be an amazing election though -- McCain vs. Obama.....my guess.
16. What the hell do I know?
17. Cole is in the bathroom
18. I just checked on him....and he tooted loudly. I said "say excuse me" and he said "um, mom....you don't have to say excuse me if you are on the toilet." Good point, child....good point.
19. Today is a half day at school.
20. Should I be mom of the year and take the boys to McDonalds?
21. Or be anti-mom of the year and bring them home and tell them to make their own lunch....LOL suppose it depends on my mood around 11.
22. I just found out that the guy who plays the flying politician on Heroes is married to Natalie Maines from the Dixie Chicks.
23. Not sure why that is weird to me.
24. My 3 year old is singing "This is my United States of Whatever" boppin around...
25. His nose has been running for at least a month.
26. We leave tomorrow for the Polar Express...
27. Feeling a bit guilty about pulling Dane out of school for it...but back to that mother of the year thing...
28. It's frickin' cold here this morning....my temp thing says 39!!!
29. Scout escaped at Dane's school....5 minutes of chaos.
30. I miss Dane's longer hair.
31. I think he does too.
32. I don't miss Joel's longer hair.
33. I miss college though -- when he had longer hair.
34. Imagine the beauty if your parents paying your tuition and rent
35. We just went back to Tucson and in the car were 4 adults and 3 kids.
36. One of us was born in Nebraska (me), Illinois (Joel), California (Rentch) and Wisconsin (Dane) -- the rest were born in AZ. Cool.
37. Rentcher is more than my best friend....a sister of sorts.
38. My friendships have a life of their own.
39. I think I'll get my nails done today
40. After my eye appt. where I'm sure he'll tell me I'm blind
41. As I wear my glasses.....that I use to never have to wear.
42. I am on the computer far too much for someone who doesn't "work"
43. I have to do the football pool
44. I have to clean this shithole
45. I have to go grocery shopping
46. I need to study
47. I need to finish up my christmas lists
48. I have to drop off the dry cleaning
49. I have to pay the bills
50. Did I just say I didn't work? LOL...what in the world am I doing blogging?
