You are talking to -- um, reading a blog from-- a gainfully employed Foster Care Specialist/Case Manager! Yep, I got a job, folks!
It's not a whole lot of money of course, but for a cause I greatly believe in -- helping children who's parents can't do it for whatever reason. There are full benefits, cell phone reimbursement and seems like a great fit.
I don't start until the 19th -- which will save on daycare....and allow me to concentrate on my boys and my house (which is on the market as of FRIDAY!!! ACK!!!!) for a couple weeks before I have to work FULL TIME -- 8-4......
wow......
And I have to tell you -- I have been so moved by all the comments -- and for the women on the PALP board that I post on, for all your posts -- I really feel so empty inside and so alone and then WAHLA....I hear from you all and see how great the support and love really is.....
Means more than words can say...
